Refund policy

In stock product can be returned within 7 days, for a credit or exchange. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for a change of mind. Products must be returned unused, with all original packaging and we reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our requirements. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the products received were damaged/faulty.  

Items brought on sale are not able to be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully. 

Made to order products are made to your unique requirements and cannot be cancelled after deposit has been paid.

Imported products & Special orders are ordered in especially for you and cannot be cancelled after the deposit has been paid.

Our vintage products are not sold as new and therefore do not have the same warranty attached to them as other goods. Please ask before buying if you are unsure of any aspect of the product.

Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement. All purchases are subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
