FAQ

How do I know my order has been received? 

Once you’ve completed your online order you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check this carefully to ensure all your details are correct. If any details are incorrect please contact us immediately at info@indiehomecollective.com 

If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order check your Junk folder in case our emails are going there. We may also have the incorrect email address registered with your name. Please check your account details to ensure your email address has been entered correctly.  

If you still cannot see why you haven’t received one please email us and we’ll look into it for you. 

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Credit card transactions are made on a third party website, DPS, a reputable credit card processing company. Customer information is only stored on our secure database and not used for anything other than authorised promotions or internal reference.

Do you accept Bank Transfers?

Yes we do.  Please contact our store directly for more information. info@indiehomecollective.com 

Do you do laybys?

Laybys are not available through our online store but are available for New Zealand customers only via our Indie Home Collective Nuffield Street & Ponsonby Road stores. Please contact info@indiehomecollective.com  or ponsonby@indiehomecollective.com if you would like to set up a layby. 

Payments for laybys are via Bank deposit. Once you place your order with one of our staff you will be emailed our bank account details to make payment into our account. 

Layby deposit is 25% on in stock items & 50% on pre orders (or by arrangement). Layby must be paid in full within 6 weeks or by arrangement. Goods will be held for 3 working days from date of order for payment to appear, if it does not then the order will be cancelled & goods placed back into stock. No layby on sale items or promotional deals.

If you require the goods to be sent our staff will advise you of the additional shipping fee.

How can I track my order?

When your order has left us you will receive an automated email with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately.

Can I use a PO Box for my delivery address?

We are unable to deliver directly to PO Box addresses. We require physical addresses as a signature is required on delivery. 

How am I charged for duties and taxes?

Our international courier provider will charge you the duties and taxes on behalf of the local government. How they will charge you, depends on what country you are in. Any taxes, duties, and other incoming customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver. Indie Home Collective will not include any extra costs that may occur within your recieving country within the shipping quotes provided.
